Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the details you send when you request a Free Website Revenue Scan.
Who we are
The scan is provided by Aman Thakran, trading as WebRevenue Scan, which is the controller of your details. You can contact us about your data at [email protected].
What we collect
- What you type into the form: your name, business email, the website to scan, your business type, your target town or city, the biggest issue you chose, and anything you add in the optional notes box.
- How you reached the page: the referring site and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
- When the request was made.
We do not ask for a phone number, payment details or any sensitive information.
Why we use it
We use your details only to review your request and respond. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to your request. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking first.
Spam protection
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a request comes from a person rather than an automated program. To limit repeated submissions we also keep a short-lived, scrambled (hashed) record of the internet address a request came from. It is not stored with your request and is cleared out routinely.
Cookies and tracking
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. If we ever want to measure which adverts lead to scan requests, we will ask for your permission first and nothing will be measured unless you agree.
Where it is kept and for how long
Requests are stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider, which processes them on our behalf. We keep a request for 90 days and then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them, by contacting us at the address above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
